Every appointment is more than a color service or haircut—it's a chance to slow down, catch your breath, share a conversation, laugh a little, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out. CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled services. This fee MUST be paid IN FULL before booking any future appointments. No call/No shows cannot be accommodated. The first occurrence will be charged in full (100% of the scheduled services), and a deposit will be required for any future appointments. A second occurrence may result in the permanent end of the guest/stylist relationship.
